seriously guys, anyone with a little bit patience can sign up on dime. it's a weird myth that it should be something like a winning a lottery, to get an account over there. people just stop trying after not succeeding within the first ten tries/first 15 minutes - the trick is to keep trying.
(just look at their stats, how many new accounts are created daily!)
