The Cure new album in 2013?

So, following the progression:

In the 80's, the band released their albums almost every two years: 80, 81, 82, 84, 85, 87, 89

After Disintegration, we had to wait three years for Wish (a breaking point), and after that, we had albums every four years: 92, 96, 00, 04, 08...

Following this logic, can we conclude that we will have a new album in 2013 (a new breaking point of five years) ?

Or am I crazy?

Well I definitely hope so!

On the one hand: it is about time. And they're supposed to be touring (South America and hopefully more to come). 

On the other hand: no new songs were performed at the summer festivals.
No rumours about studio recordings so far.  :(
