I have compiled a list of places of interest for Cure fans based on Lol's book "Cured" and several others (specially in Crawley) based on @u-a-b-f's cure-concerts.de website. I will add a description later (when necessary) about the relevance of such places. To my knowledge, the ones crossed do not longer exist.

Note: this list is continuously updated! if there's a place that for historical reasons you think is missing on this list please leave a comment.

Update: We plan to do the Pilgrim Route sometime in June/July 2021!

I am pretty certain I saw an article back in the day about "Cure places" in/around London... probably it was in the official "Cure news" mag (which I'd received from around '96-2000) or maybe it can be found online too. I'll let you know if/when I find anything...

Why not? ;) We should definitely organize a field trip to those places some time! There's lot of history in those places...

Well, I found the old article, it's about places the band used for shooting videos!

Palm House, Kew Gardens, Kew, Surrey.

"The Hanging Garden" - video shoot location:
York House, Richmond Road, Twickenham, Surrey.
(Gardens open to the public, can be accessed via Sion Road.)

"Charlotte Sometimes" - video shoot location:
Virginia Water Estate, Stroude Road, Virginia Water, Surrey

One more mention in that old article was Beachy Head ("Close to me" & JLH video shoot), but you got that already!  :)

When I find the time, I will look in other books (e.g. "10 Imaginary Years") for places to be added.  :cool

seriously considering this...renting a bus or somehow arranging the whole thing (most of the places are very close, so I don't think transport will be an issue). we should plan this carefully, maybe for next year we can end the trip in a Cure show!
