My thoughts are that it sounds rather unagitated and uninspired - i.e. dull. And O'Riordan's vocal vibrato and accent (no offence meant against Irish) doesn't add to the song either.

It's okay, sounds like you expect it to sound more or less. They probably won't release this anyway, it's just a "one-off" for a tv show and for this it is okay.  :)
