Title: 'Post-It' interview with RS
Post by: cheyler on April 21, 2015, 07:11:48
There are some good insights in the interview as to why and when various Cure projects get done (...or not...) and it should make fans of the current line-up very optimistic;  sounds like RS is pleased with how well the 'new' line-up is playing and (especially) how they all 'like each other' and are getting along, apparently it hasn't been that way for quite some time!

Also sounds like some sort of project to document the current line-up is in the works, but how best to do that hasn't been settled on.  When Porl re-re-joined in 2005, the first document was the big live project with mostly older songs and the new album came a couple years later.  No new songs have been introduced at this point with Reeves, so maybe we'll get another live project with new songs later again (or not at all)?

That post-it interview was most enlightening...

You mean this one?

It's from 2012. Doesn't make me too optimistic towards the current line-up, due to the lack of any kind of news at this point in time (April 2015!)...

Edit: okay, we got the news about a Robert solo track, but no Cure news.  :(
