i went to see this weird finnish band called 'eläkeläiset' (="pensioners") the other week. they play only cover songs and everything in the style of humppa or jenkka (traditional finnish dances, a bit like polka).
they played a version of 'friday i'm in love' - in their own genuine humppa style:

Brilliant!!! Now I wish that Gogol Bordello will make some covers on Cure. They could do Mint Car or Just like Heaven.
