Hi everyone. I'm a fellow Cure fan who finally decided to register here after a long time of lurking. My devotion to The Cure goes back to around 1984. I was lucky enough to have a cool older sister who had bought "The Walk" EP because she loved "Let's Go To Bed". Me being a bratty 10-year old brother, I would groan everytime she played it. Then one day, when she wasn't around, I listened to it. The other songs like "Lament", "The Upstairs Room" and "The Dream" that she never really played just kind of grabbed me. From then on, The Cure were MY group. I obsessively collected everything I could from them and I still do. My collection of Cure music and memorabilia is probably my most prized possession.

My favourite albums are "Faith", "Pornography", "The Head On The Door", "Disintegration", "Wish" and "Bloodflowers", but I truly love everything they do. I admit that I am probably a little too lenient and jaded, but I don't think they have ever put out anything that was without merit.

The first time I saw them live was in Atlanta in 1989. It was a dream come true. I've seen them about 13 more times since then, with the latest being the amazing show in Atlanta (again) last night.

I'm really looking forward to sharing in this obsession with all of you. Thanks for having me!
