Xmas is coming!!! :smth001
Which is your favourite Xmas song?? :-D
For me:
1- Band Live Aid - Do they know it's Christmas?
2- Wham - Last Christmas
3- Mariah Carey - All I want for Xmas is you
Cheers! :smth049
my favourite xmas songs when I was little were
RUDOLF THE RED - NOSED REINDEER
and
FROSTY THE SNOWMAN :smth043
I don't mind the BandAid Live - Do they know it's Christmas :smth023
I can't think of any others, cos I have The Baby Screams going round & around :smth090
For Christmas, I'm into the traditional melodic stuff....
Silver Bells, The Christmas Song (chestnuts roasting on an open fire), Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, I'll Be Home For Christmas (so sad though!) and such...
Altough I have a soft spot for Santa Claus is Coming to Town and I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas. :smth081
hhhmmm.. so traditional.. I really do like 'Hark the Herald Angels Sing' :smth083 , 'Noel', and of course.. 'On the First Day Of Christmas'.. my true love gave to me :smth051 .. a partridge in a pear tree... must have been the fact that I was in the school choir..Soprano of course!! :-D

Ooohhh, our school choir rocked... That's where I got my favorites! We did a parody of First Day that was just hilarious.
I was mezzo-soprano, now we just need an alto.
Another favorite -- Oh Holy Night. Boy, I'm just a step away from returning to Christmas mass, aren't I.

Lady, you're a much more modern girl than I am...!!!!
"The Twelve Days Of Chirstmas" is a good one. But after a while it gets hard to remember where ya left off in the counting! So all ya really end up singing is "FIVE GOLDEN RINGS!!!!!!" at the top of your lungs. :-D
"Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer" is cute. Poor granny. :?
"Silent Night" gets hummed a bit around here.. so many lovely xmas songs.. good ol' Jingle Bells...sung, as a kid, like so..
Jingle Bells Batman smells,
Robin's flown away
The Batmobile lost a wheel
And the Penguins here to stay
HEY
:smth040
and now I have got several "mellys" in all the topics, I think I should leave!! Too much to say some days...
For me it has to be Frosty The Snowman (The Cocteau Twins version). :-D
I don't like Christmas song!
Don't like Christmas because it's a false happyness! :smth011
