Numb is other than Freak Show, because it's a sad (?) song.

of course they are different. you see i was just trying to find some irony in the song names alone, nothing more. at least i have to make myself consciously numb, to get throught that freak song.

about getting used to things we don't like. i really can't see why we ever should do that - unless we actually start to like them by and by. but if we don't (start liking them), getting used to them means having to accept something by force. i don't see much good in that. anyway.

I meant that we don't get used to things we don't like. Sorry if it doesn't came out right. So for me i think i will e.g. never get used to the song Never  :)
To like a song or not is in the end a matter of taste  :)

good for him. and also for others around him. :-D

I've found today a review of the concert in Hamburg on a German weekly paper "Die Zeit" (it's in German, sorry)
So here is the link: http://www.zeit.de/online/2008/08/the-cure-konzert

para noir

i was in hamburg and it was the best show i've ever seen... !

i think we were one of the youngest there ( 16 and 17 ) and it was funny to see older cure fans with their 'robert hairstyle'

oh and this scene was great and funny
