Lamb barbecue sauce

1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/8 teaspoon tobasco

saute garlic in butter over low heat, stir in flour + remaining ingrediants, cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly, brush all sides of lamb with sauce, brush frequently whle lamb is roasting
follow directions in any cookbook for roasting rack of lamb
