The british band just released a new album, "Yes" and are touring in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark with an opening gig in Luxembourg, on june 13th :!:

Pet Shop Boys is another great UK band.. still waiting for the Netherlands date, otherwise I'll do the trip to Luxembourg.

Awesome gig the PSB gave in Madrid

And the PSB are heading to America in august and september (Mexico, USA and Canada -hopefully they will included some shows in the south?)

For those who missed the shows in Europe, the Boys will be back to play in Germany and the UK in december (I am personally considering doing a couple of german gigs by then)

A highly recommended show

The PSB just added december shows in Germany, Belgium, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Austria!

Their Northamerican tour starts now and after that they will go down the south, yes, Southamerica!

Saw them in Berlin some months ago. Great show. Minimalistic and intelligent. PSB talked about The Cure in a fine way in the booklet of their "Alternative" double album. On the other hand Robert said some "uncool" things about them in the past :-). PSB is a great pop band and if you listening to their albums there are so many songs with an "underground attitude" and very intelligent lyrics.

I know they are playing again in Germany. I am considering going to some shows there, or maybe Austria or Slovakia. We will see.

ahhhhhhh!

I just came back from yesterday after more than 15 hours of travel (5 hours by train from Rostock to Bremen, 4 hours waiting in the Bremen Train Station at night -hopefully there was a bar open so I could be there during- then 3 hours flight to Faro, then another 3 hours by bus from Faro to Lisbon), then a Metro and then a train to get back to my place... Crazy!

The PSB was great! I met people who have travelled from far as Spain or Russia to see the Pet Shop Boys. Not surprise of it after all

Anyway, the day before (5th december) they played in Berlin with the band Bad Lieutenant as a support. And who happens to be this band? Well, it' nothing but Bernard Summer's band including Stephen Morris -so yes, practically New Order! If I only knew...

When I left Portugal on saturday I felt a little bad and it got worse during the trip, but I am feeling better now.

Will publish the show later in the week.
