Last time i was talking with a friend of mine about the covers of the official albums and he wasn't sure but he told me that on the 3 imaginary boys cover each object may represent each member of the band (Smith = the fridge, Dempsey = the light and Tolhurst = the vacuum)
Do you think it's true or even possible ??
The only thing that i know about the covers is that WISH album has been designed by Porl Thompson and THE CURE album by the nephews of Robert who asked them to drawn their dreams or something like this...
But i really would like to know better about their covers, their meanings...
Let's investigate !! 8) 8) 8)
The thing with the "t.i.b.-album" is rigth. I'd read it too.
I'm sorry but more I do not know
I think Faith shows a picture of an old abbey in England
Poor Porl! being depicted as a Vacumn isnt very nice.
I'd like to know the meaning of the disentegration cover and where it comes from..............I also want the shirt, its gorgeus!
Luke x :P
the disintegration cover is beautiful, it looks like robert's drowning in flowers!
The meaning of TIB cover is correct... And I read somewhere that it was not a decision of Robert (as the choice of the songs...).
B.
Robert also appears on the cover of Wild Moon Swings, too even if he is masked as a toy soldier! :-D :-D :-D
