I have been before in Antwerpen and stayed in the hostel Boomerang. It's cheap for a expensive city like Antwerpen. Take a look http://www.boomeranghostel.be/
(I payed the cheapest room that was 12 EU per day. That's indeed a very hard price to find in Europe!)

David, you know Antwerp better than I do ! It looks like a nice hotel, not so far from the centrum and the railwail station.

I think it's not really close to the venue. But with the public transportation it would be easy to go there. Look on http://www.delijn.be/antwerpen/ (it's in dutch ...). Tram 3 & 5 are going to sportpaleis from the centrum of the town (railway station, Meir).
Anyway, when I will go to Antwerp by car I will certainly park my car in the town somewhere and go by tram to the venue. I will guide you if you want, Tof.

Does anyone here plan on traveling from the Paris-Bercy concert to the one in Antwerp? I bought tickets to both concerts but I'm not quite sure which way is the best to travel to Antwerp. By train? By plane? Any help is highly appreciated! :)
P.S.: I'm also looking for a cheap (but decent) place to stay for the night. I read about the hostel a few posts above (excellent price!) but I'm not really the shared-dorm kind of guy :-D

how much was the rate again? 10 euros/kilometer or 1 euro/10 kilometers?
anyway, if i may, i'd like to be the first client in your agency:
could you pick me up from my home on 8th february and we'd head towards stockholm? then you could drive me back home on 10th and pick me up again a few days later so that we can head towards germany. then again in march when we must get to paris.

WTF? Go4Music cancelled my order, because my credit card had been refused. The credit card is definitely not the problem. I ordered the Vienna, Germany and Paris tickets on the exact same day and they all worked fine!? Anyone here having this problem with go4music as well?

I'll let you know for sure in a few days if can make make this concert. It's pretty likely, though. Honestly, it's going to be cheaper for me to stay oversees two extra days (including traveling to Antwepen, lodging, food) then it wouold be to fly back on the 14th. So, it makes sense to go as long as I can get the days off from work.

Yay - I just got my ticket for Antwerp. London, Paris and Antwerp down :rocker...still need Oberhausen and Rotterdam tix. I'll buy the Oberhausen one next month I think. Rotterdam looks like it's going to be the tough one to get :(

Oberhausen won't be easier I think since it's been sold out for more than a week now.
Antwerpen is now sold out. I badly need an extra ticket for a friend. She also needs an Oberhausen one for me because the ticket agency screwed up and sent her a Hamburg ticket instead and now Oberhausen is sold out.

Oberhausen won't be easier I think since it's been sold out for more than a week now.
well, my friend did get an Oberhausen ticket ordered for me, but the ticket office messed up and sent Hamburg instead. And Oberhausen was already sold out as you said by the time the WRONG ticket arrived. I'm in ticket hell!

UPDATE!
everything has worked out. I finally have an Oberhausen ticket. It's in the nosebleed section, but at least I am in the door! I also found an Antwerpen ticket for my friend. We are happy Cure campers.

OK some thougts about that show.
Indeed Robert did receive a kazoo from someone in the audience, I saw him speak with that people during Close to me and then he begun to play it ! Very funny.
Wrong number was a very powerful one that night: sound of bass was incredible, Simon was hitting his strings when not playing notes, the usual kiss between Porl and Simon (on the cheek I think :-D).
One hundred years: for me a highlight, the way they play it was incredible but also the projections of war and violence were to me very impressive. I was litteraly speechless after that one (I won't listen to the song the same way after that ...). Remember that atomic explosion as the last projection ...
A forest: as usual this tour, funny intro. At the end, Simon didn't kept on playing after Robert finished his solo, he just stop playing with Robert. A bit unusual ...
At the end of Why can't I be you, Simon threw his bass on the ground and ran out of stage, like he was angry. The bass made still sound for some seconds, Robert had to turn it off (by pushing on a pedal) before thanking at the mic.
Please project: before the song Robert men,tionend the song having not title yet, he then said "I think it's gonna be The only one". Which is consistent as during the chorus he sings The only one several times .... Who knows ...
That show was very good, the setlist (despite what one may say) was very efficient, reactions of the crowd incredibel (on ... Friday I'm in love and on A forest).
