Anyway, why would they choose "Plainsong" of any Cure song to use in Marie Antoinette? They could have picked a better song in my opinion.

The tingling and the crash of the opening fit the scenes at the time, but they cut it off too soon.
f*** Parental Advisory.  Mines a Pint.

How could I forget Career Girls by Mike Leigh
the soundtrack of this movie is totally CURE!

~The Lovecats~
~The Caterpillar~
~The Walk~
~Just one kiss~
~Let's go to bed~
~The upstairs room~

Though there are a couple of other songs in the film only the Cure are mentioned in the end titles!Music by the Cure  :rocker

Yeap..Career Girls is available on dvd..It's a british film..
Katrin Cartlidge and Lynda Steadman are the lead actresses.
I'm sure u've never heard of them :p
The story is about 2 girls who were roommates back in the 80's and meet again some years later. It's a good film.I enjoyed it.  :smth023

Live Free Or Die Hard (2007)
In a conversation between McClane and Farrell, The Cure were mentioned.

I guess you've never seen the Die Hard movies or know the actor Bruce Willis.

This is the last one, in a series of them.
Willis plays McClane.

I mentioned this movie on the first page of this topic.
It's "The Rules of Attraction", based on the Brett Easton Ellis novel.
James Van Der Beek (the guy from Dawson's Creek) plays Sean Bateman. The character Sean Bateman is the little brother of Patrick Bateman ... the killer from the movie "American Psycho".

If you took the time to read any contemporary fiction, you might know who Brett Easton Ellis is.
And you might appreciate the movies made from his novels ... ... ...

Constantly talking is not necessarily communicating.
