Newbie looking for a couple shows

Hello, I am new to the site. Haven't traded boots for a while, used to trade Bob Dylan shows. Is it still conducted the same way? Disc for disc through the mail? I am looking for 2 shows,
Kansas City 5/19/08 audio
Opera Bastille 6/05/96 (Wild Mood Swings promo show) audio or video.
I have a large Dylan collection, some Neil young, some Lucinda Williams, little Clapton.
Or b&p.

To be honest I don't know many people trading shows these days as with the Internet is easier to share big file using p2p programs. Just published your message in our facebook, twitter, etc. so hopefully someone will be able to help you.
