So hard to pick the top few...sorry, but anything after Wish is at the bottom

1 - Disintegration (the ultimate artistic statement from Robert Smith)
2 - Kiss Me... (so many styles, so many great songs)
3 - Faith (rounds out the top tier of albums - not a bad song on the thing)
4 - Seventeen Seconds (you need to listen to the whole thing in one sitting)
5 - Pornography (not an easy listen but a great album)
6 - Wish (could have moved up a couple slots if This Twilight Garden was on it)
7 - Japanese Whispers (The Walk and Lament - enough said)
8 - The Head on the Door (too poppy and a few weak tracks but Push is on it, so..)
9 - The Top (uneven but still great)
10 - Boys Dont Cry
11 - Bloodflowers
12 - Wild Mood Swings
13 - The Cure
14 - 4:13 Dream

a smile to hide the fear away

I keep changing the order of the albums  every month or so, so I've decided I'm just going to put up my top three favourites :-D 1.Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me
      2. Head On the Door
      3. Disintegration
Its Just Like a Dream...:)

PAOKCURE

1. Disintegration  (the best album in the history of music)
2. Pornography   (the second best album in the history of music)
3. Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me  (all of the different styles of the Cure in an album)
4. Faith  (the one and only "Cure mood")
5. Wish  (plenty of excellent songs, not so perfect as a whole thing)
6. 17 seconds  (the real Cure)
7. Bloodflowers  (pure quality)
8. The Head On The Door  (the "hit" album with great moments)
9. 4:13 Dream   (they still have it)
10. The Top  (only for pure Cure fans)
11. The Cure  (very good but something missing, in my opinion)
12. Wild Mood Swings  (i love it even if it's so strange)
13. 3 Imaginary Boys (wrong choice of the songs. It should have included "Killing an Arab", "Boys Don't Cry" and "Jumping someone Else's Train"... then it would be great, as BDC (US version) realy is)
I went away alone with nothing left but faith

PerfectBlueSkyDolls

Uhm, I can't really rank them in order from best to worst really. The only thing I can say is Disintegration is best & their latest album is less likeable but not totally awful. The remainder of the albums have no specific order for me because they all contain some songs on each that I love.

Didu

I'll put them in chronological order:

Three Imaginary Boys 6/10 (nice debut album but Boys Don't Cry is superior)
Seventeen Seconds 9.5/10 (my favorite of the early trilogy)
Faith 9/10 (saddest album ever)
Pornography 9/10 (chaotic)
Japanese Whispers 7/10 (fun)
The Top 6.5/10 (very weird)
The Head On The Door 8.5/10 (great album)
Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me 8/10 (solid album but I don't like it as a whole)
Disintegration 10+/10 (best album ever created)
Wish 8.5/10 (great album, unfortunately the last solid one, except for Bloodflowers)
Wild Mood Swings 4/10 (nah, not my cup of tea)
Bloodflowers 8.5 (excellent album)
The Cure 6/10 (not too fond of it)
4:13 Dream 6/10 (same as above)

sideshow

disintegration 10 lovely

head on the door 9.5  screw keeps this album from being perfect

wish 9.5 lose wendy time and add the b sides and lost wishes (or make a double)

KMKMKM 9 very good despite some blatant diversionary tactics song wise

bloodflowers 9 a very lovely dark and gloomy record, with out the malaise of faith

japanese whispers 9 i love this album of bsides that kick major ass

pornography 8 the birth of goth, dark yet fluid

17 seconds 8 a very awesome sophmore album, took them to the front of the class

TIM 7 the us version is better despite that horrible cover of foxy lady

faith 5  some good stuff, but sometimes its like molasses in january

WMS 4  like songs like want, this is a lie , rest is pretty awful, maybe make a japanese whisper like compilation with the few good songs, the b-sides , plus dred song , burn etc !

the TOP, 2 i consider japanese whispers more listenable than this joke of an excuse(released just 5 months after japanese whispers), the album of bsides (JW) has more credibility, really , if the "s/t " album wasn't so annoying, this would be at the bottom

the cure ,1 the best song, going nowhere is unavailable where i live , this album gets a 1 , who ever decided that going nowhere not be included in north america has a suck button that goes to 11
face like stone
eyes of ice
mouth so sweetly
telling lies

tothesky1988

1.Wish(love open as an opening track, it's so powerful and driving)
2.Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me(sublime pop that never misses the mark)
3.The Head On The Door(A big leap from the bleak, and introduction of the "cure sound")
4.Bloodflowers(Much like New Orders "Get Ready" guitar and synth perfection)
5.The Top(The most insane trip into Robert Smiths mind)
6.Seventeen Seconds(There's nothing like play for today and secrets)
7.Faith(Long droning pieces for driving)
8.Disintegration(A sublime work of art, though at times marred by dated production)
9.Pornography(Too depressing and angsty for everyday listening, good for crappy days)
10.3 Imaginary Boys(Summer fun album, enjoyable when on the way to the beach)
11.The Cure(Seems there was little passion on display here, instantly forgettable)
12.4:13 Dream(Couldn't be bothered to purchase after a preview, dry, dull and emotionless)
13.Wild Mood Swings(Too hard to get into, from brilliant tracks like Treasure, to boring stuff like the 13th)

othervoices13
