i'm also from Lima-peru but i don't live there anymore.luckly
but it's really sad for all the people there i hope they will go on after this
i also heard from friends there that it was like the end of the world!

I'm happy that you're alright David!!

It was a big earthquake. So many people lost their life and so many people are injured.
That's really sad :(
My thoughts are with the people in Peru.
I really hope they will get many help and support.

Well, there have been many help from different countries, specially USA, France, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Belgium and of course our neighboards (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, etc.), among others. People is working hardly to reconstruct the cities.
