Hi there!!! I will arrive London (Stansted) on Tuesday morning (8.50am) and leave on Wednesday (9.15am) morning and I will need some help to go to the center of London and going back to airport...
I'll appreciate all the help too

Definitely the best way to get from Stansted is the Stansted Express train which runs into London Liverpool Street Station (where many tube lines call) - it runs every 15/30 minutes and tickets can be bought online or at the airport. A return is £29.50 (or £27.50 if bought online), and the train takes about 45 minutes.

Ha no, first tubes are around 5-5:30am, last ones are about 1-1:30am. If you really want to get about when the tube isn't running there's always night busses or taxis.
