I understand this:

-How are you doing Mitch?
--Great
-How is the altitude dreaming? (?)
--Ahhh... Altitude? Give me attitude
-Get out of here (smiles) don't lose your room (?)

i understand this:

Interviewer: "How are you doing Hutch ?"
Michael:  'Great'
Interviewer:  "How's the altitude treating you?"
Michael:  'Altitude?'
Interviewer: "Altitude"
Michael:  'Uhh.. giving me attitude'
Interviewer:  "Get outta here and go and do some work"
