curefans.com members attending this show: MeltingMan, Matti, alwaysprayingforRAIN,
Thanks David.I'm still uncertain between Cologne and London, but I know I have
to make a decision till tomorrow.Yesterday I read some negative comments about
the acoustics in Cologne.Nonetheless great news! :smth023
Cologne-I will be coming (standing, where the sound is acceptable). :P
So will I :-D
Wow, I never bought tickets for a concert a full year before it actually takes place.
Might consider this as well as Koln is a lovely city and I see at least three curefans.com members attending (alwaysprayingforrain will also go).
@Ulrich will you be going to this one too?
In any case there's still plenty of time to buy tickets.

I haven't been planning on this one so far. Maybe, but I'll decide closer to the date.
Cologne is a nice city indeed! :)
Yes, I'll be there, too. I never expected them to play in my hometown. I´m pretty ecstatic! :D

@alwaysprayingforRAIN nice to see you around! :smth023
Seems standing is sold out already :/
Don't despair and try again. It seems that ticket vendors follow a "contingent by contingent" policy, in order to... well, what exactly? Probably not to lose al the tickets to Ebay et al. resellers at once.
Hi all,
I've got one standing ticket for the Cologne show for sale at 73 € (face value) plus 4 € postage (registered mail). Paypal preferred. If you're interested, let me know via PM.

Dear members,
in face of a lawsuit against my employer and an appeal proceeding, running parallel,
I've decided not to go to selected German shows.I can't split up my attention and
my financial situation is uncertain as well.I'm not even ready to sell my tickets. That's
why I've contacted my brother. He's in music business.I do not want to annoy any person,
but I have to tell you the unvarnished truth.Thank you all.
Sorry to hear that, MeltingMan! :(
Will your brother sell them "not in public", but just "inside the business"? If not, then maybe you can give the fans here a link, once it's up?
Of course you will have to decide if you're "fit enough" to go to the concert(s). But keep in mind, it might be quite a few years until the next full German Cure tour. I am determined not to miss it. I will go to Stuttgart, I got my ticket, only thing that can keep me from it would be if I'll be in hospital (or worse). If I can't drive my car, I will ask someone to drive me (or I will walk the 60km)! If I can't walk, I'll ask someone to carry me. ;)
Anyway, I hope your situation will improve as soon as possible! Don't give up :!:
Thank you.Nice to hear that.I had an unexpected money transfer
(severance pay) so the overall situation has improved.I still have
my tickets and will try looking forward. ;)
Good to hear that, keep up the positive thoughts about the Cure concert! The music certainly will help you forgetting your problems for a while! :)
Will be there!
Feel sorry for you Meltingman... :smth022

Bob with the legendary German concert producer Karsten Jahnke (on the left). Seems The Cure won an award for selling out this gig (or all the German dates?) Maybe someone can help with the translation :)

Jahnke is on the right. The person on the left is Stefan Löcher, the CEO of the operating company,
who handed over the awards for 17 000 sold tickets just before the show.Maybe someone else will
translate his short statement. Thanks, David for the picture.
Yes, I meant on the right! Too long day at work it seems... :)
