I had this problem too. If there were two songs i really loved then i put them both. I also realised that i should listen to Seventeen Seconds and the second half of Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me more often
A lot of fans, for what ever reason, really don't like the second half of Kiss Me. What ever. They can blast A Thousand Hours all they want, but I still think it's a really good song.
And yes. You really should listen to Seventeen Seconds more often. It hurt me very much to have to choose between my favourite cuts from Seventeen Seconds (Secrets, M, At Night, A Forest).
Good idea with this post, though.

Four songs were also recorded for a Yahoo! Session: Fire in Cairo, M, The Drowning Man, and The Figurehead. This session was also helmed by Mike Hedges. Unfortunately, only M and The Figurehead were ever released, The Drowning Man and Fire in Cairo having disappeared.
And that, as they say, is that.
PS. If anyone could help me transfer M and The Figurehead into .mp3 or some other iTunes compatible format (audio or video), I'd pretty much worship you.
