Just as I had hoped for, Placebo will tour the US after their festival dates and before their Euro arena tour.  :-D  We get large clubs and theaters, just like last time around.  I was actually thinking they might only play a handful of dates, perhaps some festivals here in the US before the Euro arena tour.  There was that Mexico City date at the end of September just sitting there all alone. But no, a full tour of 19 dates will take place.

Pencil me in for...

Sunday September 13th The Show Box at Market, Seattle WA  USA

:-D

Wow, crowbi_wan, that's good news for you  :D and what a beautiful date (13th)  :-D
I'm looking forward to hear how it was.

I think you'll be able to hear how it was as I  plan to tape and will share it here  ;)

Sorry crowbi_wan, sad news for you I guess, I don't know if you know this allready ??

Postponed is a lot better than cancelled.  New dates will be announced soon.
@jb  tickets were sold out, the date is postponed, something else?

I have some mixed feeling about the concert.

The show in July in Arras FR impressed me more for some reason.
I can't figure out why. The venue ... ? Brian's Hair  :-D ? Too much Placebo ... ?

It was a great setlist and I really enjoyed the music, but there was something ... yeah I don't now,
maybe the first impression is always the best - stuff

So here you can see A Song to Say Goodbye

Stieft: nice to hear you enjoyed them - trust...: sorry to hear you weren't quite that impressed this time.

i had a ticket to see them in november but i sold it because something else came up.

i still don't even know the new album so it's hard to say anything about that, about the new songs and how they are live.

It's not that bad, but it's Placebo and not The cure, so I can handle it  :-D

There last album is worth to buy. I guess it's there best one. (My opinion)
And they are stronger and better live then back in time, for sure  :smth023

i had to choose between seeing either Muse or placebo that weekend and it wasn't a hard choice for me. ;)

hmmm i guess it might be worth a listen sometime. i really like some placebo songs a lot, but i've never thought they've made a really good and solid album that would hold together, all songs prove their right to be there. but that's just me.
