Hi fellow Cure fans.

I've only recently started to appreciate the Cure. Somebody gave me their Greatest Hits Cd a while ago and I've been reading up on them and putting together a collection of their early stuff, listening to the albums in order etc. sort of like pushing 30 years of development of sound into a couple of months.

Anyways I can't find anywhere the 2 live tracks from the Hanging Garden single (A Forest and Killing an Arab) and also an extended mix of Primary. Are these tracks completely unavailable?

Thanks for any clarification

Dan

Edit: Looking a little further ahead there are even more of these missing B-sides. Thankfully none of them are complete new songs just variations on other ones. here's some more if anybody has info about these:
The Lovecats (Extended) from "The Lovecats" Single
Lets Go To Bed (Extended) from "Lets Go To Bed" single
Just One Kiss (Extended) from "Lets Go To Bed" single

Fabien G

You mean available on cd? There are several early b-sides and rare tracks that are unavailable on cd.
And I'm speaking about commercial singles only. If you're intending to look at promos records as well, you will find that the list is very long (and the records impossible to finad anyway!)

I've got what I believe is a full list i believe if you want to have a look, but you might get scared! :) )

Thanks for replying. Yeah I'm lookin at commercial singles at the moment as it makes sense for these to be easily available although I'm intrigued by any other rare tracks that you might know of :D

I wonder if there are plans for another b-sides CD of these rare tracks.

Anyway I'd be interested in that list if you want to pm it to me and if anyone else has info about the above tracks I'd be very interested.

P.S. Has anyone tried to rip mp3 files from the original vinyls? Not sure if this is even possible but it could be interesting
