I'm a "returning" Cure fan. I fell away from the Cure for about 20 years - 1996-2016 - (they were 20 years of hell, so I should have realized what the problem was!) Anyway, I'm back and so happy to have The Cure in my life! I totally missed the US tour this year by, like, 3 weeks. I laid in the fetal position for quite a while after finding out about that. Now that I have my life back, I don't intend on missing any Cure show anywhere near me. I have two boys, 15 and 19, and a dog. I love to dance, hike, walk on the beach, stargaze and listen to The Cure.
20 years of hell... I am not sure how you survived that but I am glad to have you with us!
There was a time in the 90s where I kind of lost disconnected of The Cure. I think it was during the WMS era. I regained interest during Bloodflowers..
Anyway, I am pretty confident The Cure will play again and I hope you can manage to see them again!
