  Thank you, etkimi for posting that link.  I'm not familiar with the artists,  but I'll usually give anyone a listen (unless it's country ).  Thought that was a very cool, jazzy cover of Lovecats!

Yuck, I didn't like any of those mtv performances, except Deftones, because..they are just talented.

anyway, I don't really know about the jazz covers of The Cure.

that's why i said i hate jamie cullum - if i feel like listening to jazz i'd prefer some real jazz and not some ****-ish "elevator-jazz" by the likes of him.  :twisted:

You guys are FUNNY!    Yes , that was not my understanding or experience of "JAZZ" as we know it.. more an American Idol Version of it.. ..Bring on the BIG BRASS BANDS and lics!! Was she really singing at all?
