This is a medium sized festival in Belgium done by 650 volunteers they are still in the running for the title:

Yeah really, I saw there The Cure for only € 20,00 and also The Simple Minds and The Sisters Of Mercy all for not more then € 30,00 and it's only 15 km from my hometime    Druide knows this place and I'm sure more off you know this festival
