What a dump the Spectrum is :?.  It was built in 1967 when the Flyers entered the NHL.  I even played ice hockey there a couple times in high school.  But in comparison to other arenas, this place is ancient.  In fact, the first time I saw the Cure was in this building, 10 July 1986 (their second time in Philly- technically it was their first time in Philly since they played Upper Darby, PA in 1985 which is just outside the city border).

Yeah but it's actually a good place to see a concert, I think.
It's big, but not huge (like its newer big brother). So it might be good ... maybe.

If you have the password you can get a ticket.

Like a secret handshake.
That's lame.

Don't worry.  It seems nobody knows the password.  There should be plenty of great seats when they go on sale to the general public.

I'll be at this show. A friend of mine still has the tickets though so I'm not quite sure where we're sitting, I believe row 16?

We'll be close.  I'm in row 13.

cure_kitty

I've got tickets to this show too.  Section 214 Row 5.  Not the best but not the worst either.  The Spectrum is not my favorite place to see a show but hey at least they are coming to Philly!  :D

sullen

Got 2 tickets for this one for sale, if anyone is interested.
They're next to each other in the 15th row of Simon's side, face value.
