Holy shit! Just as I was accepting the fact that they didn't seem to vary the setlists much, they pull this! The Kiss, The Figurehead, Faith, Killing An Arab... Wow!

35 songs? That's gotta be well over 3 hours.

Ok, this is #1 on my bootleg want list. Somebody must share it, and soon! :smt091

I am shocked.  Reminds me of the Trilogy shows in Berlin when it seemed they would never stop playing.  That setlist is amazing.  It is my feeling that no Cure show is complete without Faith....

j

I forgot to add....this was a Cure show, not a festival so they could play for over 3 hours, especially since there wasn't an opening band (plus according to COF, the venue only holds 4600 people!).

I am hoping that they could play that long in Berlin next week- the show starts at 6 with Zeraphine, then the Cranes.  So, technically, the Cure could be on around 8-8:30 which would leave 2.5-3 hours for them to play.

That would be fine with me....I learned my lesson in 2002.  I booked a late flight the following day this time- the morning after the Trilogy show I had a 6am flight out of Berlin.  This was after drinking the whole night at the Tempodrome.  Needless to say, it was not a pleasant flight and I am not looking forward to doing that again!

and they looks so enjoyed...

After listening to 95% of this tour, I must say this is by far the best performance of the year.
not only is the setlist amazing... the energy is on a higher level
than in any of the other summer festivals.
