1/2 pint strawberries
2 running tablespoons dry white wine
2 level tablespoons fine white sugar
1 egg yolk
1 dash Grand Marnier

Clean and place strawberries in two serving dishes. Combine wine, sugar, egg yolk and Grand Marnier in stainless steel bowl. Beat with wire whisk over low heat until the mixture is fluffy and pour over fresh berries.
