1-cinema
2-internet
3-travel (when I can $$$)
4-concerts
5-soccer (from time to time)
6-download/trade shows

still similar hobbies but now I also:

1) Play football more often (twice a week)
2) Commute by bicycle to work (9km one way) at least twice a week
3) I don't trade shows anymore but I download from time to time
4) I started to be interested in photography a year ago and hope to improve overtime
5) And I maybe I should add that I enjoy participating/running virtual communities such as this ;)

Wow good on you dsanchez ...such a long time you've been contributing to this forum 👏

Myself, the main hobbies involve Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.  At first glance it can seem a bit strange, but there's a lot of science behind it (and growing).  I have a personal practice I've been doing for over 3 years: every morning I do this for 31 mins:

Am also in love with this one:

Also love to walk... and fly! (did I mention I'm a kundalini addict :)

Where the traffic is thin..."

Okay, on the topic of awakening kundalini ...here are some interesting lyrics written by RS:

"...
for a moment
Feel it inside
Feel it alive
Feel your desire
Feel it catch fire
Feel it inspire
Oh know all you are
Is all there is
Nothing ever more
Than any of this
Open your mind
Step out of time
Let yourself die
And your god is...
Your god is...
You're god"

"Where the flesh meets the spirit world,
Where the traffic is thin..."

Thanks for sharing this, seems very interesting in relaxing. Not sure if I can allow 30' to do this, but at least 15'... will give it a try and report later :smth023
