I doubt there is a meaning. It's more than likely one of the many many versions of Forever.

I bet if they recorded all the versions of Forever, they'd have enough material to make another album!

Just with the versions of Forever/All Mine that I have, they've got enough to make several albums.

And yes, All I Have To Do Is Kill Her is a version of 'All Mine.' As for the meaning....

apparently the title came from the bootlegger... but it was called Forever, or All mine .
