Does anybody know, that the 1st release of Three Imaginary Boys Album didnt have any song titles - just symbols?

Tristan Berlin

No, I don't.
Whats the fact about it?

I didn't knew that either

It was because of some error or it was made on pourpose?

my understanding was that it was the record company that had a lot of influence when it came to the artwork,  that they wanted to portray an "imageless image" or something like that. hence the three household items on the cover of the album. maybe that has somethig to do with the lack of song titles...

Now I understand why Robert banned those guys from the record company from the recording of the next albums  :?

Yes, it is absolutely true, I saw the original. Nice idea, but a nightmare when talking to your friend about the songs. "Yeah, I love this pink pork schop song"...
