ticket sites?
« on: May 22, 2008, 21:19:39 »
i was almost in tears today when i saw that all the floor cure tickets that were in the first four rows AND in my budget range under $300 were all gone from stubhub and ebay. this is the only show i have a chance to go to on tour.  does anyone know what other trusted sites sell tickets?

Really, your best bet is to keep checking for private auctions on places like eBay and craigslist.org, where somebody might be trying to unload their tickets without the intention of making big profits.

And sometimes you can get lucky on places like this forum.  ;)

Places like Stubhub and all the other online ticket brokers are all interconnected somehow. Notice how they all have virtually the same tickets for sale, and for similar prices. The main difference is their varying service fees, which causes the prices to usually come out about the same in the end. It's really crazy, this conspiracy they seem to have going on.

Those places tend to drop their prices a few days before any given show, but that of course puts you in a race against the clock, which isn't always fun.

Good luck!
