I stumbled over this forum by accident and it's been years since I was last active in a forum, this feels odd and kinda nostalgic! But it's great to see that this place exists and that it's active at that!!

So hello to all of you from suburban Germany! I've been casually listening to The Cure since 2005 but I only really became a passionate (slightly obsessed? :P) fan when I went to seem them live for the first time in Munich last year and since then they have basically taken over my life, no regrets! :D

Favourite albums: Hard to pick, but "Wish" and "Pornography" are both really special to me
Favourite songs: Even harder to pick! Soft spot for "Friday I'm In Love" & "From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea" because those were my first, but also "Fascination Street", "Torture", "One Hundred Years", "Gone!", ... list goes on and on really.
Favourite band members: I have a particulary soft spot in my heart for Simon Gallup and Perry Bamonte......

...not sure what else to write here, like I said, been ages since I've done anything like this, so there you go! Nice to meet all of you! :)

Yep, the Admin is working on using a new kind of software for the forum (connected with Fb and all that), but that might still be a while. Until then, let's use this one!  :smth023
Can't you see I try? Swimming the same deep water as you is hard...

Danke und willkommen!  :)
