I'm a huge Kevin Smith fan and have enjoyed just about everything Seth Rogen is in, so it was a no brainer for me to go and see this movie opening weekend. Glad I did. This has to be the funniest movie I've seen in quite a while (probably since the 40 Year Old Virgin). Like most of Kevin Smith movies, there's TONS of foul language here. Seth's delivery is great as he's no stranger to playing a potty mouthed slacker. Wish I could say the same for Elizabeth Banks, who I feel was miscast for this one (much like Shannon Doherty in Smith's Mallrats). No biggie, though, it's not as if the part, had it been played by someone else, would have been given the nod for Oscar contention. Anyways, if you're in the mood for some filthy humor with a touch of romance (yes, this IS a romantic comedy much like several of Smith's and Rogen's movies for that matter) then I highly recommend this one.
