We were speaking with some people in Peru in the last hours regarding the new rumors about The Cure in South America. As you know, several newspapers are reporting now that The Cure might make the big announcement next week.
From a reliable source we have in Lima, and crossing the information with the other ones circulating in South America (gigs in Brazil, Argentina) we are confident The Cure will finally land in our region, and that an official announcement will be finally made next week.
The Cure would be landing in Lima on April 17 to play a gig in the National Stadium. So far, it seems Chile, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina will be included as well (and maybe also Paraguay)

si cruzamos esta información con lo que viene circulando en los medios sudamericanos en los dos últimos días (en los que ahora sí mencionan a Perú) parece que sí, finalmente, la mejor banda del mundo estará en Lima :smth026

I am in Europe but will be travelling to Peru in April if this is officially confirmed. There are good deals for flights to Lima in April, I'll be publishing more info once the official announcement is made.

gracias. esa información también nos la proporcionó alguien en Santiago. Así que si tomamos en cuenta eso y esta información que tenemos de Lima, tal parece que The Cure en Sudamérica se hará realidad. Estoy más feliz que perro con dos colas :-D
