T*miy* 60319 1/32 Spitfire IXc COMPLETED, REVEAL by Peter O.

Great product video for someone who has already built several Spits in 1:48 scale and is considering switching to 1:32 scale. That was my case twenty years ago. :1f636:  T*miy* has implemented something I wanted from H*seg*w* back then.

I only have two criticisms: the serial number on the left side of the fuselage is too small, and the gun covers are more in keeping with early versions of the Mk. IX.

After being expected in February, the new leases arrived at the end of May. All tenants are affected except for one (she has to move out but has gained some time). A spontaneous meeting with the landlord was arranged yesterday. A total of five people were involved – three of them long-term tenants.

So far, no one has signed (as of yesterday). Resistance is building. The landlord emphasizes that eviction is not planned, but ultimately, he has no interest in the residents. In my view, trust-building measures would have been necessary. When I talked to him, he threatened to hand the matter over to his lawyer. I now have an appointment for legal advice soon. So, I was definitely not too early at the office in February.  :1f636:

Clint Eastwood celebrated his 95th birthday on Saturday. Of course, none of his movies were on German television that day... So I re-watched my dvd of "Mystic River", one of his best (as director)! Very dark and sad, but an excellent cast and a very good movie.

Can't say I'm too thrilled about this release. I liked Mixed Up (except for the crap remixes of Pictures of You and Inbetween Days) but so far not feeling it for these remixes ...

Last night I saw this cool movie called 'Gypsy 83' .. anyone else seen it? It has a very prominent Cure theme, and 2 songs appear in the movie: Just Like Heaven and Doing the Unstuck. Recommending this to any other fans if you can find it .. its really interesting.

QuoteUkraine's security service said 'Operation Spider's Web' took one and a half years to organise and was personally overseen by President Volodymyr Zelensky.

New maps illustrate the enormous distances.

PS: The operation can compared to Pearl Harbor only to a limited extent. The old battleships in the harbor offered an all too tempting target for the Japanese naval aviation, while the modern aircraft carriers were anchored far out. Their baptism of fire was yet to come. The message of the Ukrainian military is: "We can reach any point in Russia, if necessary even without (expensive) and possibly outdated technology from the West."  :cool

How Reeves met Robert for the very first time (at Bowie's 50th birthday gig):

Quote"Robert [Smith] was the last one that I got together with," Gabrels explained. "He came into New York on the Wednesday evening, we got together, we were talking, went through the songs and it was pretty obvious he had done his homework. He was spot on."

Rather than congratulate themselves on a good night's work , shake hands and head off to get some solid beauty sleep ahead of rehearsals for the star-studded, prestigious gig which had brought them together, the two musicians instead decided to hit the town together.

"We decided to go out to get a drink," recalled Gabrels, somewhat underplaying the events to come. "The next thing I remember, it's Friday, early afternoon and we're sitting in the lobby of the hotel we were staying in, and we both looked at each other and said, 'I think we should go to bed now, it's time for us to get some rest before rehearsals.' And so he went back to his room and I went back to mine and then late Saturday morning, we got on a tour bus that took us to New Haven to do rehearsals. There's two days missing from my life. Apparently, we had a really good time!"
