sadly, it's not the first time that i see a person turning aggressive towards others after he/she's gotten into some damn mushrooms or some other "cool" stuff.  :roll:

@temptation-cure: i believe that David said "kid" he wrote it in the direct translation from the word "chico" in spanish [David, correct me if I'm wrong] which is not used in a way which means immature kid or child, it means young person. When I have been in Argentina visiting my family, I and others my age and older have been referred to by older and younger people as "chicos" so just chillax.

@Everyone Else: By the way, I wasn't telling anyone to not use drugs, there's no point to that, I was simply saying that a lot of people take drugs, not caring or considering the possible consequences. And that is one of the great failings of using drugs. That and the actual consequences, of course..

Pot a few times: the first two I smoked just a bit and did nothing to me and the next few it just knocked me out, sent me to sleep and really did "experience" nothing, by now I don't think I'll ever do it again because it just doesn't work for me.
Pseudoephedrine is good for me (for my health and for recreation), unfortunately, it has been banned from anti flu drugs, which makes me vary angry!!!
Coke once, but I know I'm so weak and sensible that I can't take risks and tried very little, don't think it made any effect.
And nothing else has ever come my way, not beeen offered by friends, or offered to buy.
Drugs and I go separate ways.
Which kind of has disconnected me from a few aspects of the music of The Cure, now that I realize how heavily drug influenced it is. From the creation to the enjoyment.
Well, caffeine is my thing, I really just can't function without it.

i wasn't referring to anything in particular. i just meant that i've seen it before, people getting into drugs and when someone tells thm "hey that's maybe not the best for you you know?" they get aggressive and start shouting - like happened there in the thread earlier (see above).
i find it a pretty common thing that people who've become infatuated with drugs in some way and clearly thinking that drugs are interesting and "cool") often can't stand any comments that don't share their own view. i mean, there was shouting and name-calling in this thread earlier, and why?

i don't see anything wrong in this thread either. i just find it a bit odd if the member who started this thread only wanted positive drug comments here(?). i mean, if people talk about using drugs and are supposed to say their honest opinion about it then it's just normal that someone will come and post "hey guys, don't use drugs" kind of thing there sooner or later. i don't think that should be seen as if we're having a negative attitude/bad reaction towards the conversation in general (or at least it depends on how you say it). i do agree that talking about the drug issue is a good thing - but i don't think it's a good idea to have a thread here that indicates "now, everyone who's (been) into drugs please post here - if you're not into drugs and/or think they were not cool, please stay away from this thread!". just as long as people don't insult each others, everyone can post their opinion about it.
