Songs of a Lost World cassette

First post here, hello.
Just wondering if anyone else got a weird copy of Songs of a Lost World on cassette? Mine sounds odd, the instrumentals are fine but the vocals are very quiet in the mix and it sounds very different to the copy I have on vinyl. Wondering if I got a bad recording, or if the whole production line of them sounded like this, but I can't find anyone else online mentioning it.

Hi @dsanchez, thanks for the reply. But I realised what the problem was, nothing wrong with the tape at all, the jack to the speakers had come partly out so I was only getting sound from the one speaker! Sorted now and the tape sounds really particularly good. I think it's slightly different to the vinyl mix, so it's a nice experience in its own right.
