Which Cure song are you listening to right now?

That is so nice to have a son interested in the Cure:)  Congratulations on getting your ticket to the show! Yes my mom played a Cure song (Inbetween Days) on a tape in the car many years ago, I remember hearing it but I never knew the band, and then last year, I was listening to my ipod (almost all the songs were put on  it in 2004/5 when I first  got it, by my mom)  and there were a few that were on there that I hadn't heard before. It was only up until last year that I discovered the only 2 Cure songs on it and the rest is history.

I was interested to read your post as my mom took me to my first Cure concert in 1989 (The Prayer Tour) I was the fan but she ended up enjoying it very much. What a great introduction to The Cure live and a great first concert for me. I saw them at the same venue for the Dream Tour (almost exactly 20 years later) and Robert still sounded great. I remember that they opened with Plainsong in '89 and Open in 2009 - I don't remember which sounded better.
