Well I first saw Hugo Race & The True Spirit live in 2006. Later I saw him a few times with the collective "Dirtmusic", then again with True Spirit and then with his Italian band "Fatalists". He has been very productive, in fact I can't buy all his stuff! (He releases at least one album per year, be it with True Spirit or Fatalists or a reunion of his old band The Wreckery etc. etc.! Right now he's in Italy recording a new one with Fatalists...)
