Yes!  This pic must have been taken at the Pearl b/c that was the outfit Porl was wearing.  He wore the shoes at Coachella Sunday but was wearing a light colored shirt and didn't have all the eye makeup and glitter on.  Wow Robert looks pissed in that pic.
