Hello! My name is Makoto, I'm 19 this year and serving my national service in the Singapore army. To be honest I wasn't that big a fan of the Cure (I knew all the big songs of course, and a few others) until I went for the concert in August this year and was absolutely blown away. Favourite Cure song? Probably 'A Letter To Elise' or 'Pictures of You'. 'Fire in Cairo'. Loads of them.

Been a fan as long as I can remember, but the fire went ablaze the first time I saw 'em live, Werchter 1990. Since then, I've been to some incredible shows, including Hyde Park 2002 and the Trilogy gig in Berlin. For Rotterdam in 2008 I'm hoping How Beautiful You Are and The Big Hand will be played (incredible dreams come true), but of course anything will be great, I'm bringing some loved ones for whom it will be a first time. The Cure is heaven.
