If I don't say anything wrong, only the first session (1978) was officially released. All the other ones were pressed for BBC in-house use only, probably less than 10 copies.

Oh, that said, don't despair: among all the projects Smith said he would release was a box set of all the BBC sessions. Fingers crossed.

Indeed. We're still waiting for the In Orange DVD, Wish Deluxe, Reflections DVD, just to name a few :roll:
